1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Arleno Studio Operations, the Arleno Player Portal, or related Arleno account and integration services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of the Service
Arleno operates studio and player-facing tools used to administer games, manage authorized staff access, link player identities, and support operational workflows. Arleno Studio Operations is the staff and administrative interface. Arleno Player Portal is the player-facing interface for account linking, support, appeals, and related self-service features.
Rustline is a game title operated on the Arleno platform. References to Rustline in these Terms describe that game and its in-game experience, not the platform operator. Features may change over time.
3. Eligibility and Authorized Access
Access to Arleno Studio Operations may be limited to invited or otherwise authorized staff. Access to Arleno Player Portal may require account registration and, for certain features, verified identity linking. You represent that you have authority to use the credentials provided to you and that your use complies with applicable Arleno policies and instructions.
4. Account Security
You must protect your login credentials and notify Arleno at deniedsettings@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your authenticated session except where caused by Arleno's failure to maintain reasonable administrative safeguards.
5. Roblox Account Linking
You may link a Roblox identity to your Arleno profile using OAuth or, where available, display-only manual entry. Manual profile linking is display-only unless separately verified. OAuth verification confirms control of the Roblox account at the time of linking.
You must not use Roblox identity links to impersonate another person or misrepresent ownership. Having a linked Roblox account does not automatically grant in-game permissions in Rustline or any other Arleno-operated game.
6. Discord Identity Federation
Where supported, you may connect a Discord identity to your Arleno account through a one-time link code issued by the Rustline Discord bot. Discord linking is optional for some features and may require a verified Roblox identity first.
You must not share, reuse, or attempt to redeem link codes on behalf of another person. A Discord identity may only be connected to one Arleno account at a time unless changed by authorized staff.
7. Roles, Permissions, and Access
Staff roles and explicit permissions control access to Arleno Studio Operations features. Player portal access is governed separately from staff authorization. In-game permissions in Rustline, where supported, are determined independently from profile linking and require appropriate role and permission assignments.
Authorized Arleno administrators may perform audited actions, including manual Roblox verification in limited circumstances.
8. Acceptable Use
You must use the Services only for their intended operational, administrative, or player-support purposes and in accordance with Arleno instructions and applicable law.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass access controls or authorization checks
- Inspect, copy, or expose secrets, tokens, or credentials
- Forge server requests or misrepresent trusted bridge traffic
- Submit false audit data or misuse administrative tools
- Interfere with the security or availability of the Services
- Use the Services in violation of applicable law or third-party terms
10. Administrative Actions and Audit Logs
Administrative and security-sensitive actions may be logged for accountability, moderation, and operational review. By using the Services, you acknowledge that such records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary.
11. Virtual Items and In-Game Purchases
Virtual items, currency, and other in-game content in Rustline have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or other consideration outside the game experience, except where required by applicable law.
Purchases made through Roblox for Rustline or related experiences are processed by Roblox under Roblox's own terms and policies. Arleno does not control Roblox billing, refund, or account decisions.
12. Availability and Changes to the Service
Service availability is not guaranteed. Arleno may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
13. Third-Party Services
Roblox, Discord, and other third-party platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Arleno is not responsible for third-party services and does not represent that it is affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or any other third party. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
14. Intellectual Property
The Services, Arleno branding, and associated materials are owned by Arleno or its licensors. Rustline game content is owned by Arleno or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights except for the limited right to use the Services as authorized.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arleno will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arleno from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Suspension and Termination
Arleno may revoke access, unlink accounts, suspend users, or disable features for security, operational, or policy reasons. You must stop using the Services when your authorization ends.
19. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the “Last updated” date may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Arleno operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
